Today, we’re revisiting Australia’s Halcyon House because it’s just that painfully good. Honestly, can we say interior goals? It’s definitely one of my favorite spaces of all time and the inspiration behind our newly decorated guest room (reveal coming soon!). If you don’t recall, Halcyon House is a 1960s surf motel nestled on New South Wales’ spectacular Cabarita Beach. In 2015, interior designer Anna Spiro, along with owners Elisha and Siobhan Bickle, transformed it into a chic and eclectic explosion of charm. I mean, the only white walls that exist are those of the hotel’s exterior – every square inch is covered in color and pattern! I always find myself scrolling through images of the Halcyon House when I need  a bit of encouragement to simply take that oh-so intimidating design risk.
