Ingredients:
- Butter – 150 g.
- Sugar – 150 g.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Vanilla – to taste, a pinch
- Salt – a pinch
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Flour – 350-400 g.
- Almonds – by the number of fingers
- Chocolate or jam
Cooking method:
- First, grind the butter at room temperature with sugar. Add vanilla.
- Also add the egg and stir.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining dry ingredients – salt, flour and baked powder. And adding them a little, knead the dough. It should be firm and not sticky to your hands.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After this time, start forming cookies. To do this, pinch off the dough in small pieces, giving it the shape of a finger. Use a knife to make stripes at the folds.
- Melt the chocolate, mix a little with water and spread it on the ends of the “fingers”, where the “nail” will be. You can also use jam for this purpose.
- Attach “nails” on top – almonds. Insert it into each finger, pressing in slightly.
8. Bake Witch’s Fingers cookies in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
