Shrimp toast with pesto
You will need 4 tiger shrimps, 4 slices of whole grain bread, 5 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste, ground pepper to taste, a bunch of green basil, a tablespoon of pine nuts, 75 grams of grated parmesan.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Shrimp Salad with Cucumber and Fennel
Prepare 500 grams of shrimp, a head of fennel, a large cucumber, red onion, a tablespoon of lemon peel, a quarter cup of lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oil, a sprig of dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Place the shrimp in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain the water, and rinse the shrimp with cool water and let them cool. Clean the shell. Cut fennel and onions into thin long strips, cucumber – in circles. Mix shrimp with cucumber, fennel, zest and onion, pour everything with oil and lemon juice, mix well. Serve with garnish with dill.
Shrimps in whiskey
You will need 500 grams of shrimp, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 2 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of whiskey, freshly ground pepper to taste, salt to taste.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan. Put the shrimp, salt. Fry until they turn pink. Add butter to the pan, reduce heat. Stir and keep the shrimp on fire for another 20 seconds. Remove the pan from the heat. Pour in the whiskey. Add pepper and salt, mix again and serve.
