Advice on how to store salt.

Good salt crumbly and dry, but if stored incorrectly, it can be absorbed with moisture and grab a hard lump. To prevent this from happening, you should follow the rules of salt storage.

Store the salt in a dry and ventilated place.
Always tightly close the salt in the salt.
Do not take salt from the salt with wet or greasy hands or a damp spoon.
In a container with a large supply of salt, you can put a small gauze bag of rice – it will absorb excess moisture.
Store salt in linen bags, glassware or unpacked factory packaging, wooden or ceramic salt.
If you’re going to use a plastic container to store salt, make sure it’s labeled “for food.”

And remember, every adult needs only 5 to 7 grams of salt per day every day. In summer, due to increased sweating, this need increases to 10-15 grams. So do not overpower the dishes and, where possible, try to use analogues of salt.

Bless you!
