  • hard cheese;
  • bacon;

Cooking:

Roll out the dough and cut it into square pieces of 6-10 cm. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the finished squares on it. Quickly bend the edges of 1 cm at each piece so that the filling does not spread.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g puff pastry;
  • 150 g cream cheese;
  • 3-4 Art. spoons of sugar;
  • 1 tsp lemon or orange peel;
  • berries fresh or from the freezer.

Cooking:

Combine cream cheese, sugar, zest and beat together with a mixer. You can add a tablespoon of lemon juice for a piquant flavor. Roll out the dough and grease it with the resulting creamy mass, leaving a couple of cm from the edge, so that later we can “glue” our roll.

Then lay out your favorite berries on top of the cream base and wrap this beauty in a roll, pinching the edge. Even raw, cut the roll into pieces of 3-4 cm, and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 190 C. After that, you can pour them with icing sugar (mix a cup of powdered sugar with a couple of spoons of milk and vanilla).

Ingredients:

  • 200 g puff pastry;
  • 150 g of feta;
  • 150 g of spinach ice cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a couple of tablespoons of olive oil (for flavor, without it);
  • large onion;
  • garlic clove;
  • other spices greens to taste.

Cooking:

Spinach is defrosted first, dry it and cut. Then chop the onion and fry in olive oil. In a separate container mix feta and eggs so that they become a homogeneous mass. Add spinach, fried onions, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, favorite greens, garlic, spices and salt.

You can make a solid closed cake, or individual portions: To do this, roll out the dough and cut into small squares of about 10 cm. On each piece, put a couple of spoons of the finished filling. It remains only to wrap each of them in a triangle and connect the edges. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes!
